How delivery works
Every bike and part ships direct from Talaria UK (Llexeter Ltd) in Devon, so there's no importing and no middleman.
- UK-wide coverage
- We deliver Talaria bikes and parts across the UK mainland, direct from our Devon base. Scottish Highlands, islands and offshore addresses may carry a surcharge or a longer lead time — we always confirm this before dispatch.
- Delivery cost
- Your delivery cost is confirmed at checkout based on the items in your order and the destination, so you see it before you pay. Any surcharge for remote areas is agreed with you in advance.
- Dispatch
- Bikes are dispatched once payment has cleared (bank transfer) or a Bitcoin transaction is confirmed on-chain. Parts held in UK stock are dispatched quickly.
- Delivery time
- Most bikes arrive within a few working days of dispatch; parts are usually sooner. Any pre-order or backorder lead times are shown clearly before you buy.
- Tracking & receiving
- You get an order reference at checkout and delivery details by email. Someone needs to be available to receive and check the bike on arrival — please inspect it before signing.
- Damaged in transit
- If anything arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will put it right at no cost to you. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
