Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 June 2026
These terms govern your use of talariaebikeuk.com and any purchase of products from Llexeter Ltd, trading as Talaria UK. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products & pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices exclude On The Road (OTR) costs such as registration, number plates and delivery where stated. We reserve the right to correct errors and change prices and specifications without notice. Product images are for illustration; actual products may differ.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance and/or dispatch. Orders are fulfilled and delivered direct by Talaria UK. We may decline orders at our discretion.
Parts & accessories
Parts, spares and accessories are sold for fitment to Talaria and compatible vehicles. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm compatibility with their specific model and year before ordering (our catalogue lists compatible models for each part). Fitment of performance parts such as unrestricted controllers may affect road-legal status and warranty — for off-road use only where indicated.
Road-legal use
Off-road / MX models are not road legal and must only be used on private land with the owner's permission; ride responsibly with appropriate safety equipment. Road-legal (L1E/L3E) models must be registered, taxed and insured, and ridden with the correct licence/CBT for UK road use. It is your responsibility to comply with UK law. Prices include VAT and exclude On The Road (OTR) costs where stated; specifications and prices are subject to change.
Delivery, returns & cancellation
We deliver across mainland UK; timescales are estimates. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and (for online purchases) the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are unaffected. Certain conditions apply to returns of vehicles that have been registered, used or modified.
Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover wear-and-tear, competition use, accidental damage, or unauthorised modification. Contact us for warranty claims.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Electric dirt bikes are powerful vehicles; ride responsibly and within your ability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
These terms are provided as a starting template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before publication.
